1. Harassment
We aim to be a fun and happy family and for all members to enjoy being part of the guild. All members will be treated fairly and equally regardless of rank. The future of any member causing problems will be considered by the GM and the Officers by ultimately being put to vote. All offenders will be issued a warning then if the offence is repeated either a demotion in rank or banishment from the guild. Any serious problems, please inform one of the officers or the GM himself.
2. Help
Be nice. Help each other, wether it's another guild member or not, as much or as often as possible. Remember when you were level 1 and just starting out, you were probably asking for help as well. But when asking questions or asking for help try not to ask too often and please be patient as other members will have their own quests or agendas to finish. Also, while helping non-guild members you could be helping to promote the guild. Also do not ask for money in exchange to help other players!
3. Rules
I. Play nice
Any member caught harassing other players will be issued with a warning, demoted in rank or possible banishment from the guild.
II. Veteran rank
All members should try to get to level 30 to be promoted to veteran. Once you reach level 30 let the GM or one of the officers know so you can be promoted. Only once you reach veteran rank will you be able to invite players to join the guild.
III. Selling within the guild
While it is ok to sell items to fellow members in the guild the policy stands that you offer members discounts on equipment and/or items or sell outside the guild if you are not willing to give them away free of charge.
IV. Officers
Once you reach veteran rank you will be eligible to apply for officer rank. Maximum number of officers at any one time is currently set at six. The duties of the officers are to help maintain the guild. They shall help with any queries from other members and bring to the guild masters attention any problems within the guild. The officers Also have the power to promote members to veterans and kick people from the guild. Any misuse of this power will result in the officer being stripped from rank to member and put on probation before either being promoted to veteran or being banished from the guild. An officer basically helps out with any queries or grievances in the absence of the GM and discusses any major problems with the GM before taking further action. They will also be required to vote on guild matters with GM having deciding vote or having ability to overrule the officers decisions. Sadly, not everyone will be able to become an officer, regardless of level or how active you are.
4. Inactive members
While we understand we can't be playing the game 24/7 and may be days where we can't make it online at all there are rules set for long periods of inactivity. All members who are inactive for a certain amount of time will be banished. An active guild is a fun and Happy guild. Therefore it would be greatly appreciated if you know that you will be away for a while that you let one of the officers or the GM know in advance to stop yourself being banished from the guild. The last thing we want is to lose active members by accident.
5. Personal Details
While we strongly recommend you not to give out personal details in-game, we will no be held liable for any consequences that may incur.
